The main feature of the production system called COMPACT-ON, is the monobloc machine type, with a finished batch capacity of 50, 100, 150 or 180 ltrs. of finished batch quantity.

This machine is characterised by its ability to carry out highly efficient processes with the most problematic core products (particularly the most friable and delicate ones), and by its rapid installation and start-up time.

Furthermore, the monobloc type structure allows medium to small companies to begin production immediately, even without industrial type facilities such as steam supply and/or chillers.

The process air necessary for thermal exchange is treated by the filtering and heating unit (dehumidification option also possible) which is positioned in the pan box housing; from here it is delivered directly into the core bed through a forced ventilation system which is provided by an exhaust device, immersed in the cores.

The automatic spraying system allows optimal use of coating solution and excellent final results in terms of yield.
