As a result of several decades of experience in the sector, G.S. has implemented automatic sugar coating systems which exploit the advantages given by a solid-wall horizontal axis type pan or with special applications developed for conventional type pans; they represent the perfect solution to production requirements in the food and confectionery sector, which require automatic coating systems of variable capacity, ranging from 50 to 1200 kg and more.
An efficient ventilation system ensuring fast drying times can, upon request, be combined with a customized air handling system which allows processing products which are highly sensitive to humidity or heat; this guarantees excellent results in much shorter process times compared to traditional systems.

Process air is suitably treated, filtered and heated/dehumidified/cooled (according to production requirements). It is then delivered directly into the core bed through an air blowing type ventilation system.
The automatic spraying system allows optimal use of the coating solution and excellent final results in terms of yield and surface of final product.
